2) Products, condition & real-life photos
We sell shoes exclusively online. Each product page includes photos and a description of the item’s condition.
Real-life photos: All product photos are real-life photos of the exact pair you will receive. Minor color differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
Sizing: We provide EU size and measured insole length (cm) for the exact pair. Label measurements may differ; the most accurate measurement is the one stated in the product description.
3) Prices & payment
All prices are shown in EUR. Payment must be completed at checkout before we ship the order.
We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund the payment in case of suspected fraud or a clear pricing/technical error.
4) Shipping
Shipping region: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia.
Free shipping (parcel lockers only): Free shipping is available to parcel lockers in the Baltics.
Courier delivery: If courier delivery is available, it is offered for an additional fee shown at checkout.
Dispatch time: 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Carriers: options may include Omniva, DPD, Smartpost, Unisend and other services available at checkout.
Tracking: After your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number (when available).
Unclaimed parcels: If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we can reship it. Reshipping fees may apply.
5) Right of withdrawal (14 days — change of mind)
If you are a consumer buying online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason (subject to legal exceptions).
How to withdraw:
Email support@sirushoes.com within 14 days and include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
Return deadline:
After notifying us, you must send the goods back within 14 days.
Condition for withdrawal returns (strict):
Withdrawal returns are accepted only if the item is unworn, clean, and in the same condition as received.
Indoor try-on (as in a store) is allowed.
Any outdoor wear or signs of use may result in a reduced refund due to diminished value.
Return shipping (withdrawal):
The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping (unless we explicitly agree otherwise).
6) Our accuracy guarantee (7 days — not as described)
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an accuracy guarantee:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery/collection if the item is not as described in the product description or photos.
Examples:
the measured insole length stated in the listing is incorrect
the item was listed as brand new, but arrives used
unlisted defects, missing information, or damage occurred during shipping
Approved “not as described” returns: We will cover the return shipping cost.
7) Returns not accepted (preference)
If the item matches the description and photos, we do not accept returns because:
the size doesn’t fit due to personal preference
you don’t like how it looks in real life
you changed your mind
(Your statutory 14-day withdrawal right still applies, subject to the conditions in Section 5.)
8) Return method (parcel locker only)
Returns are accepted only after approval. Return instructions and parcel locker details will be provided by email.
Please do not send any return without contacting us first at support@sirushoes.com.
9) Refunds
For approved returns, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We process refunds as soon as possible, typically within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide proof of return shipment.
10) Exchanges
Exchanges are possible if the requested item/size is available. Please contact support@sirushoes.com before sending anything back.
11) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations and/or applicable laws. Updated Terms apply only to new orders placed after the effective date and do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
12) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and applicable EU consumer protection rules. For consumer guidance in Latvia, you may consult Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs.
